Shipping Terms

1. Processing & Shipping Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Standard shipping takes 7–20 business days, depending on the destination and local logistics conditions. Shipping delays caused by customs inspection, weather conditions or peak shipping seasons are beyond our control.

2. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the item weight, size and delivery destination. We may offer free standard shipping for orders that meet a minimum spending threshold as stated on our website.

3. Delivery & Risk Transfer
Title and risk of loss for all products shall pass to the customer once the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. After shipment, any risks including but not limited to loss, damage, delay or missing packages during transportation shall be borne by the customer.

4. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your order has been shipped. Please check the delivery status regularly via the official logistics tracking platform.

5. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and local fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility. We do not cover any customs clearance fees or import duties.

6. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping address, customer refusal to receive, or unsuccessful delivery, the customer shall bear the return shipping fee and additional handling charges. We will resend the order only after the relevant fees are settled.

7. Shipping Exceptions
We are not liable for shipping delays, loss or damage caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, traffic suspension, public health emergencies and official policy adjustments.
